Hi - my name is Chase and Im an 11th grade student living in San Diego.  I've been passionate about global cultural immersion for most of my life and have traveled around the world amazed at different cultures and lives people live.  Some of the most fascinating parts of my travels, is the realization that while lives can be vastly different around the globe we are still so similar as people.  The things we care about like family and friends, our love for music and arts, our need for safety and security, and the desire to be happy and live our best lives.  While this is true, the world is not equal.  This realization has empowered me to want to get involved and make a difference.  I believe that global education is a core facilitator at creating equality around the world.
